Provides technical support to the sales team and insures that production receives “clean” orders. Works with customers in order to meet all of their requirements. |
|
Major Responsibilities & Tasks : |
|
Designs end-user microwave systems using products from Nucomm, RF Central and outside vendors. Creates sales quotes and block diagrams describing proposed systems. Conducts drawing and system reviews with various stakeholders, including customers, sales team, etc. Revises quotes and drawings as needed. Provides strong technical assistance to the sales team, which may include visits to customers. Troubleshoots customer problems both on the telephone and on-site. Stays current with technologies in the video transmission and microwave industry.
