Job Title: Senior RF Field Technician

Growing RF, microwave and satellite installation company located in Central NJ is seeking Senior level RF Field Technicians for immediate employment. Job responsibilities include travel within the United States 80% to 90% of the work year, installation of various microwave , RF, satellite and camera equipment, including installations on towers and rooftops. Must be ambitious with the ability to complete field work in a timely manner and within budget. Excellent communication skills a must. Experience with RF installations and tower climbing is required, RF Safety training and/or Comtrain certification is a plus. Position reports to Director of Field Operations. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Title: Project Manager

Growing RF, microwave and satellite installation company located in Central NJ is seeking Project Managers for long-term, full-time, project based work. Job responsibilities include travel within the United States 80% to 90% of the work year, direct supervision of field technicians, foremen and subcontractors, interaction with customers & vendors, in-house coordination of all project components, hands-on field service where necessary, on-time - on-budget job completion, coordination of field data reports for submission to home office. Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple sites/crews. Must have 3-5 years RF system management, installation and/or service experience. Salary commensurate with experience.
